9And ye masters, doe the same things vnto them, putting away threatning: and know that euen your master also is in heauen, neither is there respect of person with him.
12And haue your conuersation honest among the Gentiles, that they which speake euill of you as of euill doers, may by your good woorkes which they shall see, glorifie God in the day of visitation.
13Therefore submit your selues vnto all maner ordinance of man for the Lordes sake, whether it be vnto the King, as vnto the superiour,
14Or vnto gouernours, as vnto them that are sent of him, for the punishment of euill doers, and for the praise of them that doe well.
15For so is the will of God, that by well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of the foolish men,
16As free, and not as hauing the libertie for a cloke of maliciousnesse, but as the seruauntes of God.
17Honour all men: loue brotherly fellowship: feare God: honour the King.
18Seruaunts, be subiect to your masters with all feare, not onely to the good and courteous, but also to the froward.
4That they may instruct the yong women to be sober minded, that they loue their husbads, that they loue their children,
5That they be temperate, chaste, keeping at home, good & subiect vnto their husbands, that the word of God be not euill spoken of.
6Exhort yong men likewise, that they bee sober minded.
7In all things shewe thy selfe an ensample of good woorkes with vncorrupt doctrine, with grauitie, integritie,
8And with the wholesome woorde, which can not be condemned, that hee which withstandeth, may be ashamed, hauing nothing concerning you to speake euill of.
24But the seruant of ye Lord must not striue, but must be gentle toward all men, apt to teache, suffering the euill,
25Instructing them with meekenesse that are contrary minded, prouing if God at any time will giue them repentance, that they may acknowledge the trueth,

10Accuse not a seruant vnto his master, lest he curse thee, when thou hast offended.

14Of these things put them in remembrance, and protest before the Lord, that they striue not about wordes, which is to no profit, but to the peruerting of the hearers.
16Knowe ye not, that to whomsoeuer yee giue your selues as seruats to obey, his seruants ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of sinne vnto death, or of obedience vnto righteousnesse?
17Obey them that haue the ouersight of you, and submit your selues: for they watche for your soules, as they that must giue accountes, that they may doe it with ioy, and not with griefe: for that is vnprofitable for you.

9For this cause also did I write, that I might knowe the proofe of you, whether yee would be obedient in all things.
2For Kings, and for all that are in authoritie, that we may leade a quiet and a peaceable life, in all godlinesse and honestie.
3For this is good & acceptable in the sight of God our Sauiour,
18Wiues, submit your selues vnto your husbands, as it is comely in the Lord.
8And woulde not rather say to him, Dresse wherewith I may suppe, and girde thy selfe, and serue mee, till I haue eaten and drunken, and afterward eate thou, and drinke thou?
9Doeth he thanke that seruant, because hee did that which was commaunded vnto him? I trowe not.
14Do all things without murmuring and reasonings,
9Not rendring euil for euill, neither rebuke for rebuke: but contrarywise blesse, knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should be heires of blessing.
11Not slouthfull to do seruice: seruent in spirit seruing the Lord,
6And hauing ready the vengeance against all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
19A seruant will not be chastised with words: though he vnderstand, yet he will not answere.
