7¶ Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.
15¶ But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for [it were] better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void.
3¶ I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,

13For what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except [it be] that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong.
27If any of them that believe not bid you [to a feast], and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake.
4Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
19For this [is] thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
22What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise [you] not.
12¶ Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
8For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed:
2If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
10¶ For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
16¶ But thanks [be] to God, which put the same earnest care into the heart of Titus for you.
6He that regardeth the day, regardeth [it] unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard [it]. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
11Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
18In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
