17Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing: for God [is] my defence, [and] the God of my mercy.

9Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
3What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
10[It is he] that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword.
2The LORD [is] my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he [is] my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.
3Draw out also the spear, and stop [the way] against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I [am] thy salvation.
7¶ Thou [art] my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
