23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
16¶ Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are.
3But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men [to] edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
7Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
8And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all [things], may abound to every good work:
3If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, [even] the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
20For all the promises of God in him [are] yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

3¶ Blessed [be] God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
4Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
7But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
15¶ Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
31For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
18¶ This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
5Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency [is] of God;
12Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
2Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
6And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
