11And this [is] the thing that ye shall do, Ye shall utterly destroy every male, and every woman that hath lain by man.
4For the LORD your God [is] he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
7Then ye shall rise up from the ambush, and seize upon the city: for the LORD your God will deliver it into your hand.
27And divide the prey into two parts; between them that took the war upon them, who went out to battle, and between all the congregation:

18And I commanded you at that time, saying, The LORD your God hath given you this land to possess it: ye shall pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all [that are] meet for the war.
14Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;
28If a man find a damsel [that is] a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;
10And now ye purpose to keep under the children of Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you: [but are there] not with you, even with you, sins against the LORD your God?
22For there fell down many slain, because the war [was] of God. And they dwelt in their steads until the captivity.
