4Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.
5For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour;
18¶ Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
23Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!
17Shall even he that hateth right govern? and wilt thou condemn him that is most just?

16And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear [the causes] between your brethren, and judge righteously between [every] man and his brother, and the stranger [that is] with him.
17Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; [but] ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment [is] God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring [it] unto me, and I will hear it.
9Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
23¶ These [things] also [belong] to the wise. [It is] not good to have respect of persons in judgment.
24He that saith unto the wicked, Thou [art] righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him:
1¶ Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
8If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, [to see] whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour's goods.
9For all manner of trespass, [whether it be] for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, [or] for any manner of lost thing, which [another] challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; [and] whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.
28They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.
8The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity [that is] in me.
7There the righteous might dispute with him; so should I be delivered for ever from my judge.
1¶ To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David. Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
15Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: [but] in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
8And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
1¶ Righteous [art] thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of [thy] judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? [wherefore] are all they happy that deal very treacherously?
11So that a man shall say, Verily [there is] a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth.
5¶ [It is] not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.
13The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.
2¶ He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment.
4If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
5I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
16When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make [them] know the statutes of God, and his laws.
4¶ They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.
16He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then [it was] well [with him: was] not this to know me? saith the LORD.
15But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
15¶ [It is] joy to the just to do judgment: but destruction [shall be] to the workers of iniquity.
24Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments:
25That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
16¶ And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, [that] wickedness [was] there; and the place of righteousness, [that] iniquity [was] there.
45And the righteous men, they shall judge them after the manner of adulteresses, and after the manner of women that shed blood; because they [are] adulteresses, and blood [is] in their hands.
2Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; let thine eyes behold the things that are equal.
