3¶ Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:
4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
7In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
8Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
9Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
9In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.
11Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
3Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

13¶ And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
6¶ For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

16¶ Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given [us] everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
14Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
4Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
3¶ Blessed [be] God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
4Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
23And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,
21Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
30But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
2And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
19And what [is] the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
1¶ Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
13But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
7¶ Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
9For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
