21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.
6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
9 ¶ But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought:
18 For when they speak great swelling [words] of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, [through much] wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
17 ¶ This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.
