2Iron is taken out of the earth, and brass [is] molten [out of] the stone.
19Now there was no smith found throughout all the land of Israel: for the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews make [them] swords or spears:
3¶ The fining pot [is] for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the LORD trieth the hearts.
21¶ [As] the fining pot for silver, and the furnace for gold; so [is] a man to his praise.
4Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I [am] with you, saith the LORD of hosts:
31And the strong shall be as tow, and the maker of it as a spark, and they shall both burn together, and none shall quench [them].
