6And them that are turned back from the LORD; and [those] that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him.
17I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
11But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me.
22Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I [am] God, and [there is] none else.
12And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find [it].
13And now, because ye have done all these works, saith the LORD, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not;
6They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find [him]; he hath withdrawn himself from them.
27That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
7And [there is] none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities.
6Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore [they shall know] in that day that I [am] he that doth speak: behold, [it is] I.
12Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I [am] he; I [am] the first, I also [am] the last.
21But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
12And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
7And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.
4I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose [that] in which I delighted not.
15Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.
24And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
31O generation, see ye the word of the LORD. Have I been a wilderness unto Israel? a land of darkness? wherefore say my people, We are lords; we will come no more unto thee?
9[Thou] whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou [art] my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
11For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, [even] I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

5Thus saith the LORD, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain?
17Therefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon Judah and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil that I have pronounced against them: because I have spoken unto them, but they have not heard; and I have called unto them, but they have not answered.
9Then said [God], Call his name Loammi: for ye [are] not my people, and I will not be your [God].
8The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather [others] to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.
8The priests said not, Where [is] the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after [things that] do not profit.
2Wherefore, when I came, [was there] no man? when I called, [was there] none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because [there is] no water, and dieth for thirst.
19We are [thine]: thou never barest rule over them; they were not called by thy name.
