11They have now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth;
14They die in youth, and their life [is] among the unclean.
14And behold at eveningtide trouble; [and] before the morning he [is] not. This [is] the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.
20They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding [it].
21Doth not their excellency [which is] in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.
23[Though] it be given him [to be] in safety, whereon he resteth; yet his eyes [are] upon their ways.
24They are exalted for a little while, but are gone and brought low; they are taken out of the way as all [other], and cut off as the tops of the ears of corn.
19They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
29He shall not be rich, neither shall his substance continue, neither shall he prolong the perfection thereof upon the earth.
15And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, [they that] tempt God are even delivered.
1¶ Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them.
12Nevertheless man [being] in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts [that] perish.
10He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
