2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
13 Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

15 All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen. It was written to us, ordained the first bishop of the church of the Cretians, from Nicopolis of Macedonia.
3 Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

2 But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.
24 Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.
8 For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing.
4 Who ve himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
18 For the wrath of God is revealed fm heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
12 To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;
