Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?

  • 2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilrness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou woulst keep his commandments, or no.

  • 12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?

  • 6 Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

  • 5 For I have not dwelt in an house since the day that I brought up Israel unto this day; but have gone from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle to another.
