And it came to pass, when I, even I niel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man.

    12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, niel: for from the first y that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
