14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after a departed from thee, and all things which we dainty and goodly a departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no mo at all.
15 The merchants of these things, which we made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
17 For in one hour so gat riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this gat city!
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that gat city, whein we made rich all that had ships in the sea by ason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

16 And of thy garments thou didst take, and deckedst thy high places with divers colours, and playedst the harlot thereupon: the like things shall not come, neither shall it be so.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and incased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wtched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fi, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
18 And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the LORD: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the LORD, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing.
13 O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.
19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
21 And the twelve gates we twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the stet of the city was pu gold, as it we transpant glass.
26 And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground.
