23And she answered them, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, Tell the man that sent you to me,
9And Shaphan the scribe came to the king, and brought the king word again, and said, Your servants have gathered the money that was found in the house, and have delivered it into the hand of those who do the work, who have the oversight of the house of the LORD.
10And Shaphan the scribe showed the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest has delivered me a book. And Shaphan read it before the king.

16Thus says the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon its inhabitants, all the words of the book which the king of Judah has read:
3And it came to pass in the eighteenth year of King Josiah, that the king sent Shaphan, the son of Azaliah, the son of Meshullam, the scribe, to the house of the LORD, saying,
4Go up to Hilkiah the high priest, that he may count the silver which is brought into the house of the LORD, which the keepers of the door have gathered from the people:
5And let them deliver it into the hand of those who do the work, who have the oversight of the house of the LORD: and let them give it to those who do the work which is in the house of the LORD, to repair the breaches of the house,
30And the king went up into the house of the LORD, with all the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the priests, the Levites, and all the people, great and small: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant that was found in the house of the LORD.

8Now in the eighteenth year of his reign, when he had purged the land and the house, he sent Shaphan the son of Azaliah, and Maaseiah the governor of the city, and Joah the son of Joahaz the recorder, to repair the house of the LORD his God.
9And when they came to Hilkiah the high priest, they delivered the money that was brought into the house of God, which the Levites that kept the doors had gathered from the hand of Manasseh, Ephraim, and all the remnant of Israel, and all Judah and Benjamin; and they returned to Jerusalem.
10And they put it into the hand of the workmen who had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they gave it to the workmen who worked in the house of the LORD, to repair and amend the house:
7Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites helped the people to understand the law; and the people stood in their place.
8So they read in the book of the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and helped them to understand the reading.
7However, there was no reckoning made with them of the money that was delivered into their hand, because they dealt faithfully.
18But to the king of Judah who sent you to inquire of the LORD, thus shall you say to him, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, As for the words which you have heard;
10Then Baruch read in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD'S house, in the ears of all the people.
11When Michaiah the son of Gemariah, the son of Shaphan, had heard all the words of the LORD out of the book,
24Moreover, the mediums and the sorcerers, and the images and idols, and all the abominations that were spotted in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of the LORD.
8And Baruch the son of Neriah did according to all that Jeremiah the prophet commanded him, reading in the book the words of the LORD in the LORD'S house.
18Also it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write a copy of this law in a book, out of that which is before the priests, the Levites.
1Thus says the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak this word there,
34And afterward he read all the words of the law, the blessings and curses, according to all that is written in the book of the law.
11Now it came to pass, that when the chest was brought to the king's office by the hand of the Levites, and when they saw that there was much money, the king's scribe and the high priest's officer came and emptied the chest, and took it, and carried it to its place again. Thus they did day by day, and gathered money in abundance.
14And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up to the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
8And at the king's commandment they made a chest, and set it outside at the gate of the house of the LORD.
3And he read from it in the street before the Water Gate from morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those who could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive to the book of the law.
21And I have set there a place for the ark, in which is the covenant of the LORD, which he made with our fathers, when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.
9And they taught in Judah, and had the book of the law of the LORD with them, and went throughout all the cities of Judah, and taught the people.
14And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up to the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
29And Zephaniah the priest read this letter in the hearing of Jeremiah the prophet.
