7So we cried out to the LORD, the God of our ancestors, and he heard us and saw our humiliation, toil, and oppression.
11I will provide you with food there because there will be five more years of famine. Otherwise you would become poor– you, your household, and everyone who belongs to you.”’
6But now we are dried up, and there is nothing at all before us except this manna!”
15So Jacob went down to Egypt and died there, along with our ancestors,

19Why should we die before your very eyes, both we and our land? Buy us and our land in exchange for food, and we, with our land, will become Pharaoh’s slaves. Give us seed that we may live and not die. Then the land will not become desolate.”
