61 Then you will remember your conduct, and be ashamed when you receive your older and younger sisters. I will give them to you as daughters, but not on account of my covenant with you.
62 I will establish my covenant with you, and then you will know that I am the LORD.
8 “‘Then I passed by you and watched you, noticing that you had reached the age for love. I spread my cloak over you and covered your nakedness. I swore a solemn oath to you and entered into a marriage covenant with you, declares the Sovereign LORD, and you became mine.
20 “At that time I will summon my servant Eliakim, son of Hilkiah.
2 But the more I summoned them, the farther they departed from me. They sacrificed to the Baal idols and burned incense to images.
13 But since you abandoned me and worshiped other gods, I will not deliver you again.
16 But they must make sure to learn to follow the religious practices of my people. Once they taught my people to swear their oaths using the name of the god Baal. But then, they must swear oaths using my name, saying,“As surely as the LORD lives, I swear.” If they do these things, then they will be included among the people I call my own.
3 When the LORD gives you relief from your suffering and anxiety, and from the hard labor which you were made to perform,
11 “Many nations will join themselves to the LORD on the day of salvation, and they will also be my people. Indeed, I will settle in the midst of you all.” Then you will know that the LORD of Heaven’s Armies has sent me to you.
10 In that day,’ says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies,‘everyone will invite his friend to fellowship under his vine and under his fig tree.’”
