45But because I am telling you the truth, you do not believe me.
46Who among you can prove me guilty of any sin? If I am telling you the truth, why don’t you believe me?
47The one who belongs to God listens and responds to God’s words. You don’t listen and respond, because you don’t belong to God.”
48The Judeans replied,“Aren’t we correct in saying that you are a Samaritan and are possessed by a demon?”
8Jesus replied,“I told you that I am he. If you are looking for me, let these men go.”
8Therefore produce fruit that proves your repentance, and don’t begin to say to yourselves,‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that God can raise up children for Abraham from these stones!
20For when you were slaves of sin, you were free with regard to righteousness.
25So they said to him,“Who are you?” Jesus replied,“What I have told you from the beginning.
42and they said,“Isn’t this Jesus the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say,‘I have come down from heaven’?”
9and don’t think you can say to yourselves,‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that God can raise up children for Abraham from these stones!
19Then they began asking him,“Who is your father?” Jesus answered,“You do not know either me or my Father. If you knew me you would know my Father too.”
