12So the LORD said to Satan,“All right then, everything he has is in your power. Only do not extend your hand against the man himself!” So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.
4But Satan answered the LORD,“Skin for skin! Indeed, a man will give up all that he has to save his life!
2just as you have given him authority over all humanity, so that he may give eternal life to everyone you have given him.
7So submit to God. But resist the devil and he will flee from you.
22The experts in the law who came down from Jerusalem said,“He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and,“By the ruler of demons he casts out demons!”
23So he called them and spoke to them in parables:“How can Satan cast out Satan?
8Ask me, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your personal property.
11Jesus replied,“You would have no authority over me at all, unless it was given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of greater sin.”
