45The Faithful and Wise Slave“Who then is the faithful and wise slave, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the other slaves their food at the proper time?
25so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’
10And those slaves went out into the streets and gathered all they found, both bad and good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests.
20But God said to him,‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded back from you, but who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’
25But they said to him,‘Sir, he has ten minas already!’
14The wise man can see where he is going, but the fool walks in darkness. Yet I also realized that the same fate happens to them both.
25But while everyone was sleeping, an enemy came and sowed darnel among the wheat and went away.
5Then when he has found it, he places it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
25Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, then you will stand outside and start to knock on the door and beg him,‘Lord, let us in!’ But he will answer you,‘I don’t know where you come from.’

19So the king said to him,‘And you are to be over five cities.’
14For many are called, but few are chosen.”
