27 “How long must I bear with this evil congregation that murmurs against me? I have heard the complaints of the Israelites that they murmured against me.

14 “I will make you desolate and an object of scorn among the nations around you, in the sight of everyone who passes by.
15 You will be an object of scorn and taunting, a prime example of destruction among the nations around you when I execute judgments against you in anger and raging fury. I, the LORD, have spoken!
11 and the LORD spoke to Moses:
13 So the LORD’s anger was kindled against the Israelites, and he made them wander in the wilderness for forty years, until all that generation that had done wickedly before the LORD was finished.
17 All the people who are determined to go and settle in Egypt will die from war, starvation, or disease. No one will survive or escape the disaster I will bring on them.’
14 I will make you serve your enemies in a land that you know nothing about. For my anger is like a fire that will burn against you.”
14 Can your heart endure, or can your hands be strong when I deal with you? I, the LORD, have spoken, and I will do it!

38 I will eliminate from among you the rebels and those who revolt against me. I will bring them out from the land where they have been residing, but they will not come to the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
10 The Aftermath The LORD spoke to Moses:
13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness; they did not follow my statutes and they rejected my regulations(the one who obeys them will live by them), and they utterly desecrated my Sabbaths. So I decided to pour out my rage on them in the wilderness and destroy them.
13 Then the LORD spoke to Moses:
2 And all the Israelites murmured against Moses and Aaron, and the whole congregation said to them,“If only we had died in the land of Egypt, or if only we had perished in this wilderness!
17 At that time my anger will erupt against them and I will abandon them and hide my face from them until they are devoured. Many disasters and distresses will overcome them so that they will say at that time,‘Have not these disasters overcome us because our God is not among us?’
15 For if you turn away from following him, he will once again abandon them in the wilderness, and you will be the reason for their destruction.”
