Transliteration

Because ʾasher not shamʿu to qol YHWH ʾelohehem and wayyaʿavru ʾet-bərito, ʾet all ʾasher tsivvah Mosheh ʿeved YHWH, and not shamʿu and not ʿasu.

So Israel was carried away out of their own land to Assyria to this day.
