11If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
12Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets.
1"Be careful that you don't do your charitable giving before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.
2Therefore when you do merciful deeds, don't sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward.
3But when you do merciful deeds, don't let your left hand know what your right hand does,
4so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
7with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men;
8knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.
9You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him.
36Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?"
37He said, "He who showed mercy on him." Then Jesus said to him, "Go and do likewise."
14"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
15But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
9Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded? I think not.
10Even so you also, when you have done all the things that are commanded you, say, 'We are unworthy servants. We have done our duty.'"
33Shouldn't you also have had mercy on your fellow servant, even as I had mercy on you?'
10So then, as we have opportunity, let's do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
23Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven, for their fathers did the same thing to the prophets.
17To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn't do it, to him it is sin.

14and you will be blessed, because they don't have the resources to repay you. For you will be repaid in the resurrection of the righteous."
29Don't say, "I will do to him as he has done to me; I will render to the man according to his work."
21The wicked borrow, and don't pay back, but the righteous give generously.
15See that no one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good, for one another, and for all.
