4I said, 'I have been banished from your sight; yet I will look again toward your holy temple.'
3The cords of death surrounded me, the pains of Sheol got a hold of me. I found trouble and sorrow.
4Then I called on the name of Yahweh: "Yahweh, I beg you, deliver my soul."
5I cried to you, Yahweh. I said, "You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living."
6Listen to my cry, for I am in desperate need. deliver me from my persecutors, For they are stronger than me.
4I cry to Yahweh with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah.
7In my distress I called on Yahweh. Yes, I called to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry [came] into his ears.

2I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold. I have come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
1Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me.
22As for me, I said in my haste, "I am cut off from before your eyes." Nevertheless you heard the voice of my petitions when I cried to you.
1My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
1To you, Yahweh, do I lift up my soul.
10Hear, Yahweh, and have mercy on me. Yahweh, be my helper."
1Hear, Yahweh, my righteous plea; Give ear to my prayer, that doesn't go out of deceitful lips.
6I have called on you, for you will answer me, God. Turn your ear to me. Hear my speech.
13But to you, Yahweh, I have cried. In the morning, my prayer comes before you.
6You have laid me in the lowest pit, in the darkest depths.
7Hurry to answer me, Yahweh. My spirit fails. Don't hide your face from me, so that I don't become like those who go down into the pit.
14Deliver me out of the mire, and don't let me sink. Let me be delivered from those who hate me, and out of the deep waters.
16Turn to me, and have mercy on me, for I am desolate and afflicted.
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged. Oh bring me out of my distresses.
