Transliteration

And hāyāh if šāmôaʿ you will tišmaʿ in qôl YHWH ʾĕlōhêkā to šĕmōr to ʿăśôt ʾet-all-miṣwōtāyw which ʾānōkî mĕṣawwĕkā the hayyôm, and will nĕtānĕkā YHWH ʾĕlōhêkā ʿelyôn upon all-gôyê the hāʾāreṣ.
