14 Yahweh said to Moses, "Pharaoh's heart is stubborn. He refuses to let the people go.
4 But Pharaoh will not listen to you, and I will lay my hand on Egypt, and bring forth my hosts, my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.
7 Pharaoh's servants said to him, "How long will this man be a snare to us? Let the men go, that they may serve Yahweh, their God. Don't you yet know that Egypt is destroyed?"
13 Moses said to Yahweh, Then the Egyptians will hear it; for you brought up this people in your might from among them;
23 For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has brought trouble on this people; neither have you delivered your people at all."

23 Moses stretched forth his rod toward the heavens, and Yahweh sent thunder, hail, and lightning flashed down to the earth. Yahweh rained hail on the land of Egypt.
