Transliteration

Therefore, thus ʾāmar ʾăḏōnāy Yəhwih: As ʿēṣ-haggepen among ʿēṣ the-yaʿar which-nəṯattîw to ʾēš for ʾāḵəlāh, so nāṯattî ʾeṯ-yōšəḇê Yərûšālāim.
