9For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.
11He binds the streams that they don't trickle; The thing that is hidden he brings forth to light.
3and Yahweh has brought it, and done according as he spoke: because you have sinned against Yahweh, and have not obeyed his voice, therefore this thing is come on you.
26For his God does instruct him aright, [and] does teach him.
29This also comes forth from Yahweh of Hosts, who is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in wisdom.
