14But far be it from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

31that I may be delivered from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints;
29that no flesh should boast before God.

12And I thank him who enabled me, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he counted me faithful, appointing me to service;
8Therefore, though I have all boldness in Christ to command you that which is appropriate,
