11Israel hath sinned, and also they have transgressed My covenant which I commanded them, and also taken of the devoted thing, and also stolen, and also deceived, and also put `it' among their vessels,
9And Joshua saith unto the sons of Israel, `Come nigh hither, and hear the words of Jehovah your God;
15and it hath been, he who is captured with the devoted thing is burnt with fire, he and all that he hath, because he hath transgressed the covenant of Jehovah, and because he hath done folly in Israel.'

23and, now, turn aside the gods of the stranger which `are' in your midst, and incline your heart unto Jehovah, God of Israel.'
24Nay, my sons; for the report which I am hearing is not good causing the people of Jehovah to transgress. --
