ኣብርሃም ጥራሕ ጠዋሚ ተነሲኡ፣ ኣህያው ኣርኣመረዎ፣ ካብ ዘሎዎ ንእሽቶ ሰባት ክልተ ወሰደ፣ ይስሓቅ ልጁን ወሰደ። ንመስዋእቲ ሙሉእ ዝቃጠለ ሕሩይቶ ቈረጸ፣ ተነሲኡ ሄዱ ናብ እቲ ቦታ ኣምላኽ ዝነገረዎ።

    7ይስሓቅ ኣብርሃም ኣቦኡ ተናገረ፦ ኣቦይ! እሞ እርሒኦ፦ እነ ወዲድየ። እሞ እንተ ይብል ኣለ፦ እቶን ሕሩይቶን እዮም፣ ንመስዋእቲ ሙሉእ ዝቃጠለ ንእሽ በጊ ኣበይ ኣሎ?

    8ኣብርሃም መለሰለይ፦ ወዲድየ፣ ኣምላኽ ራሱ ንመስዋእቲ ንእሽ በጊ ክረክብ እዩ። እዚኦም ክልቶም ሓባር ሓባር ሄዱ።

    9ንእቲ ኣምላኽ ዝነገረዎ ቦታ መጹ፤ ኣብርሃም መሠዊያ ሠረሐ፣ ሕሩይቶ ብደረጃ ኣስተኻኸለ፣ ይስሓቅ ልጁ ኣሰረዎ፣ ኣብ መሠዊያ ብላዕሊ ሕሩይቶ ኣሕተቱ።

    10ኣብርሃም እድዩ ኣዘረገ፣ ልጁ ንምቕባል ምስሪት ኣንሰተወ።
