    5‘በሬታትን ኣህያታትን መንጋታትን ወንድ ባሪያትን ኣንስተይቲ ባሪያትን የለኒ። ኣብ ዓይንካ ጸጋ ክረኽብ ክትኽእል ንህብር ንጌታይ ላኣኽየ።’

    6መልእኽተኛታት ተመለሱ ናብ ያዕቆብ እንተ ብሉ፣ “ናብ ሓወኻ ኤሳው መጻእና፤ ከምኡውን ኣብ ርክብኡ ኣርባዕተ ሚእቲ ሰባት እዮም ዝመጽእዎ።”

    7እቲ ያዕቆብ እጅግ ፈርሐን ተጨነቐ፤ ዝሓዘ ሕዝብን መንጋን ኣህያን ግመላትን ክልተ ጉጅለታት ከፊሉ።

    8እንተ ኤሳው ናብ ሓደ ጉጅለ መጻእ ኣቱ ይመትየዎ እንተሎ፣ እቲ ዝተረፈ ካልእ ጉጅለ ክሽየ እዩ ኢሉ።
