    3ዕንባይ ቀንዲን ለሊትን መግቢየ ሆነለይ፤ ስለ ዚ ዘይተበጸሓ ይበልዑ ኣምላክካ ኣበይ ይኣሎ? ይብሉ እዮም።

    4እዚኦም ነገራት ኣስተናግድ እንተ ደረስኩም ነፍሲ ኣፍልቅ እየ፤ ሕዝብ ብዙሕ ምስ እነሆም ናብ ቤት ኣምላክ እምዝራር ነይርኩ፣ ብድምጺ ሐሤትን ምስባሕን፣ ብዙሕ ሕዝብ ዕለት ሓጎስ ዘጠቐሙ ማእከል ነይርኩ።

    5ነፍሲ ሆይ፣ ስለምንታይ ተዋህደኪ? ኣብ ውሽጢየ ስለምንታይ ተዛንተኪ? ተስፊ ኣድሊፊ በኣምላክ፤ እሞ እንኳ ስለ ድሕነቱ ፊቱ እክብረይዎ።

    6ኣምላከይ ሆይ፣ ነፍሲ ብውሽጢየ ተዋህደት ኣለባ፤ ስለዚ ካብ ኣገር ዮርዳኖስን፣ ካብ ተራሮ ሄርሞንን፣ ካብ ተራራ ሚዛር ክዝንክስካ እየ።

    7ጥልቐት ለጥልቐት ይጥርየ እዩ ብድምጺ ኣፋፉ ማይኻ፤ ሞገዳትኻን ድርብ ሞገድኻን ኩሉ በላዕሌ ሓፉኡ።

    8እንተኾነ’ውን ብዕለት እግዚኣብሔር ፍቕሩ ክሰርሕ ይዛዝ፤ በለሊት መዝሙሩ ምስደለይ ይኾን፣ ጸሎትየ ናብ ኣምላክ ሕይወትየ ትርከብ።

    9ንኣምላክ ዓፅሚየ እበል፣ ስለምንታይ ረሲዐኻኒ? ስለ ግፍ ጠላይ ሕድሪ እንተ ዝመጽእ ለምንታይ እነድ?

    10እንተ ሰይፍ ኣብ ኣጥንታተይ ከም ዝገብር እዮም ጠላዮተይ ይኣሰኑኒ፤ ዕለት ዕለት ንነፍሲ ይበልዑ፣ ኣምላክካ ኣበይ ይኣሎ? ይብሉ እዮም።
