    27ዳንኤልም በንጉሡ ፊት መልሶ አለ፦ ንጉሡ የጠየቀው ምስጢር ለንጉሡ በጥበበኞች ወይም በየከዋክብት ባለሙያዎች ወይም በጠንቋዮች ወይም በመንገም ሰዎች ሊታወቅ አይችልም.

    28ነገር ግን በሰማይ ምስጢር የሚገልጥ አምላክ አለ፤ እርሱም በመጨረሻ ዘመናት ምን እንደሚሆን ለነቡከድነጆር ንጉሥ ያሳያል። ሕልምህና በአልጋህ ላይ የራስህ ራእዮች እነዚህ ናቸው.

    31አንተ ንጉሥ ሆይ፥ ታላቅ ምስል አየህ፤ ይህ ታላቅ ምስል በአንተ ፊት ቆሞ ነበር፥ ግሩም ምስል ነበረ፥ መልኩም አስፈሪ ነበር.

    9ነገር ግን ሕልሙን ካልነጋገራችሁ ለእናንተ አንድ ብቻ የሆነ ፍርድ አለ፤ ዘመኑ እስኪለዋወጥ ድረስ በፊቴ የሐሰትና የተበላሸ ቃል ልትናገሩ አዘጋጅታችሁ ነው፤ ስለዚህ ሕልሙን ንገሩኝ፥ እኔም ትርጓሜውን ልታሳዩኝ ችላ እንደምትችሉ እወቃለሁ.
