Verse 4

How long will the land mourn and the grass in the fields wither? Because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it, the beasts and the birds are swept away. For they said, 'He will not see our end.'

Let not the buyer rejoice nor the seller mourn, for wrath is upon the whole crowd. 13 The seller will not recover what was sold as long as both of them live, because the vision concerning the whole crowd will not be reversed. Because of their sins, not one of them will preserve their life.
