18Is not Jehovah your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Jehovah, and before his people.
30So the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet; for his God gave him rest round about.
45But king Solomon shall be blessed, and the throne of David shall be established before Jehovah for ever.

12Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it, for David thy father's sake: but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son.
13I have surely built thee a house of habitation, a place for thee to dwell in for ever.
8And Solomon said unto God, Thou hast showed great lovingkindness unto David my father, and hast made me king in his stead.
9Now, O Jehovah God, let thy promise unto David my father be established; for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude.
5then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom over Israel for ever, according as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel.
20And thou, my lord the king, the eyes of all Israel are upon thee, that thou shouldest tell them who shall sit on the throne of my lord the king after him.
21Otherwise it will come to pass, when my lord the king shall sleep with his fathers, that I and my son Solomon shall be counted offenders.
6and thus shall ye say to him that liveth [in prosperity], Peace be unto thee, and peace be to thy house, and peace be unto all that thou hast.
14but I will settle him in my house and in my kingdom for ever; and his throne shall be established for ever.
13even he shall build the temple of Jehovah; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Most High: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
