6Then the princes of the fathers' [houses], and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers over the king's work, offered willingly;
13And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great guilt, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such a remnant,

28And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto Jehovah, and the vessels are holy; and the silver and the gold are a freewill-offering unto Jehovah, the God of your fathers.
35And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, And gather us together and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks unto thy holy name, And to triumph in thy praise.
10And now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruit of the ground, which thou, O Jehovah, hast given me. And thou shalt set it down before Jehovah thy God, and worship before Jehovah thy God:
11behold, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit.
12O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.

36Behold, we are servants this day, and as for the land that thou gavest unto our fathers to eat the fruit thereof and the good thereof, behold, we are servants in it.
37And it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom thou hast set over us because of our sins: also they have power over our bodies, and over our cattle, at their pleasure, and we are in great distress.
10Now it is in my heart to make a covenant with Jehovah, the God of Israel, that his fierce anger may turn away from us.
29And when they had made an end of offering, the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves and worshipped.
22Did I say, Give unto me? Or, Offer a present for me of your substance?
20We acknowledge, O Jehovah, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers; for we have sinned against thee.
17every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of Jehovah thy God which he hath given thee.
28Ascribe unto Jehovah, ye kindreds of the peoples, Ascribe unto Jehovah glory and strength;
