11Now may our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way unto you:
12and the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we also [do] toward you;
13to the end he may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.
5For this cause I also, when I could no longer forbear, sent that I might know your faith, lest by any means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor should be in vain.
6But when Timothy came even now unto us from you, and brought us glad tidings of your faith and love, and that ye have good remembrance of us always, longing to see us, even as we also [to see] you;
7for this cause, brethren, we were comforted over you in all our distress and affliction through your faith:
5And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patience of Christ.
4knowing, brethren beloved of God, your election,
5how that our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and [in] much assurance; even as ye know what manner of men we showed ourselves toward you for your sake.
10for God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love which ye showed toward his name, in that ye ministered unto the saints, and still do minister.
11And we desire that each one of you may show the same diligence unto the fulness of hope even to the end:
21keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
9For ye remember, brethren, our labor and travail: working night and day, that we might not burden any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.
10Ye are witnesses, and God [also], how holily and righteously and unblameably we behaved ourselves toward you that believe:
16Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace,
17comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word.
9For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of his Son, how unceasingly I make mention of you, always in my prayers
5Beloved, thou doest a faithful work in whatsoever thou doest toward them that are brethren and strangers withal;
3I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers in a pure conscience, how unceasing is my remembrance of thee in my supplications, night and day
13And for this cause we also thank God without ceasing, that, when ye received from us the word of the message, [even the word] of God, ye accepted [it] not [as] the word of men, but, as it is in truth, the word of God, which also worketh in you that believe.
5for your fellowship in furtherance of the gospel from the first day until now;
3Knowing that the proving of your faith worketh patience.
58Wherefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not vain in the Lord.
17But ye, beloved, remember ye the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
2and sent Timothy, our brother and God's minister in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort [you] concerning your faith;
21who through him are believers in God, that raised him from the dead, and gave him glory; so that your faith and hope might be in God.
9God is faithful, through whom ye were called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
7so that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ;
4I thank my God always concerning you, for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus;
3But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and guard you from the evil [one] .
8who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
11strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, unto all patience and longsuffering with joy;
5having been reminded of the unfeigned faith that is in thee; which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and, I am persuaded, in thee also.
