3And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes.
17Evening, and morning, and at noonday, will I complain, and moan; And he will hear my voice.
11And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the grain, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labor of the hands.
16And Jehovah will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but Jehovah will be a refuge unto his people, and a stronghold to the children of Israel.
