8Wilt thou even annul my judgment? Wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be justified?
9Is it good that he should search you out? Or as one deceiveth a man, will ye deceive him?

17What is man, that thou shouldest magnify him, And that thou shouldest set thy mind upon him,

7If thou be righteous, what givest thou him? Or what receiveth he of thy hand?
8Thy wickedness [may hurt] a man as thou art; And thy righteousness [may profit] a son of man.

24Wherefore hidest thou thy face, And holdest me for thine enemy?
3Wherefore are we counted as beasts, [And] are become unclean in your sight?
4Thou that tearest thyself in thine anger, Shall the earth be forsaken for thee? Or shall the rock be removed out of its place?
28For ye say, Where is the house of the prince? And where is the tent wherein the wicked dwelt?
10Remove thy stroke away from me: I am consumed by the blow of thy hand.
17Shall mortal man be more just than God? Shall a man be more pure than his Maker?
24The earth is given into the hand of the wicked; He covereth the faces of the judges thereof: If [it be] not [he], who then is it?
