Transliteration

And wəśamtî māqôm for-ʿammî Yiśrāʾēl and ûnəṭaʿtîhû and wəšāḵan taḥtāyw and not yirgaz again, and not-yôsîp̄û bənê-ʿawlāh ləḇallōṯô as which bārîšônāh.
