Transliteration

In-bəhēʿāṣēr haššāmayim and-not-yihyeh māṭār because yeḥeṭʾû-to-you, and-hiṯpallǝlû to-hammāqôm hazzeh and-hôḏû ʾeṯ-šəmeḵā; from-ḥaṭṭāʾṯām yəšûḇûn because ṯaʿănēm.
