Death overtook our father in the waste land; he was not among those who were banded together with Korah against the Lord; but death came to him in his sin; and he had no sons.

  • 7 Do not be like your fathers and your brothers, who were sinners against the Lord, the God of their fathers, so that he made them a cause of fear, as you see.

  • 3 And the people were angry with Moses and said, If only death had overtaken us when our brothers came to their death before the Lord!
