5But nowe I go my waye, to hym that sent me, & none of you asketh me, whyther goest thou.
6But because I haue saide such thinges vnto you, your heartes are ful of sorow.

19Yet a litle whyle, and the worlde shall see me no more: but ye shall see me, because I lyue, and ye shall lyue also.
20That day shall ye knowe, that I am in my father, and you in me, & I in you.
8Be not ye therfore lyke vnto them. For your father knoweth, what thynges ye haue nede of, before ye aske of hym.
3Ye aske and receaue not, because ye aske amisse, euen to consume it vpon your lustes.

26And I haue declared vnto them thy name, and wyll declare it, that the loue wherewith thou hast loued me, may be in them, and I in them.
33These wordes haue I spoken vnto you, that in me ye myght haue peace. For in the worlde shall ye haue tribulation: but be of good cheare, I haue ouercome the worlde.
36He sayde vnto them: What woulde ye, that I shoulde do for you?

15And yf we knowe that he heare vs, whatsoeuer we aske: we know that we haue ye petitions that we desire of hym.
17Yf ye knowe these thynges, happy are ye, yf ye do them.
20Neuerthelesse, I pray not for them alone: but for the also, which shall beleue on me through their preachyng:
