1 Rebuke not an Elder, but exhorte him as a father: and the yoger men as brethren:

2 That ye elder men be sober, honest, discrete, sounde in the faith, in loue, in pacience.
3 And the elder wemen likewyse that they shewe them selues as it becommeth holynes, that they be no false accusers, not geuen to moch wyne, that they teach honest thinges,
4 that they enfourme the yonge wemen to be sober mynded, to loue their hussbandes, to loue their childre,
5 to be discrete, chaste, husswyfly, good, obedient vnto their awne hussbandes, that the worde of God be not euell spoken of.
6 Exhorte the yonge men likewyse, that they be sober mynded.
7 Aboue all thinge shewe thy selfe an ensample off good workes, with vncorrupte doctryne, with honestye, with the wholsome
9 Let no wedowe be chosen vnder threscore yeare olde, and soch one as was ye wife of one man,
10 and well reported of in good workes, yf she haue brought vp children well, yf she haue bene harberous, yf she haue wasshed the sayntes fete, yf she haue mynistred vnto the which were in aduersite, yf she were continually geuen to all maner of good workes.
11 But ye yonger wedowes refuse. For whan they haue begonne to waxe wanton agaynst Christ, then wil they mary,
9 Likewyse also the wemen, that they araye them selues in comly apparell with shamfastnes and discrete behaueor, not with broyded heer, or golde, or perles, or costly araye:
10 but with soch as it becommeth weme that professe godlynes thorow good workes.
11 Let the woman lerne in sylece with all subieccion.
5 For after this maner in the olde tyme, dyd ye holy weme which trusted in God, tyer the selues, & were obedient vnto their hussbades:
6 Euen as Sara obeyed Abraham, and called him lorde: whose doughters ye are, as loge as ye do well, not beynge afrayed for eny trouble.
7 Likewyse ye men, dwell with them acordinge vnto knowlege, geuynge honor vnto the wife, as to the weaker vessel: & as vnto the yt are heyres with you of the grace of life, that youre prayers be not let.
8 But in conclusion be ye all of one mynde, one suffre with another, loue as brethren, be pitefull, be curteous.
16 Yf eny man or woman that beleueth haue wedowes, let them make prouysion for the, and let not the congregacion be charged: that they which are righte wedowes, maye haue ynough.
17 The Elders that rule well, are worthy of double honoure, most specially they which laboure in the worde & in teachinge.
5 Likewyse ye yoger submytte youre selues vnto the elder. Submytte youre selues euery man one to another, and knyt yor selues together in lowlynes of mynde. For God resisteth the proude, but geueth grace to the humble.
12 Let no man despyse yi youth, but be thou vnto them that beleue, an ensample, in worde, in couersacion, in loue, in ye sprete, in faith, in purenesse.
11 Euen so must their wyues be honest, not euell speakers, but sober and faithfull in all thinges.
22 Fle thou the lustes of youth, but folowe righteousnes, faith, loue, peace, with all them that call vpon the LORDE with pure hert.
1 Likewyse let the wyues be in subieccion to their hussbandes, that euen they which beleue not the worde, maye without the worde be wonne by ye couersacion of the wyues,
2 whan they beholde yor pure conuersacion in feare.
3 Whose apparell shal not be outwarde wt broyded heer, & hanginge on of golde, or in puttynge on of gorgious araye,
1 The Elders which are amonge you I exhorte, which am also an Elder, and a witnes off the affliccions in Christ, and partaker of the glory that shalbe opened.
5 For this cause left I the in Creta, that thou shuldest perfourme that which was lackynge, and shuldest ordeyne Elders in euery cite, as I appoynted ye.
6 Yf eny be blamelesse, the hussbande of one wife, hauynge faithfull children, which are not slaundred or ryote, nether are dishobedient.
22 Euen ye which haue purifyed youre soules in obeyenge the trueth thorow the sprete, for to loue brotherly without faynynge, & feruently one to loue another wt a pure hert,

34 Let youre wyues kepe sylence in the cogregacion, for it shal not be permytted vnto the to speake, but to be vnder obedience, as ye lawe sayeth also.
7 but we were tender amonge you. Like as a norsse cherisheth hir children,
2 Honoure thy father and thy mother ( That is the first commaundement, that hath eny promes)
