13For this cause take vnto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to resist in the euill day, and hauing finished all things, stand fast.
23And be renued in the spirit of your minde,

14That we henceforth be no more children, wauering and caried about with euery winde of doctrine, by the deceit of men, and with craftines, whereby they lay in wait to deceiue.
19For the wisdome of this worlde is foolishnesse with God: for it is written, He catcheth the wise in their owne craftinesse.
20And againe, The Lord knoweth that the thoughtes of the wise be vaine.
16For who hath knowen the minde of the Lorde, that hee might instruct him? But we haue the minde of Christ.
17This I say therefore and testifie in the Lorde, that yee hencefoorth walke not as other Gentiles walke, in vanitie of their minde,
26And come to amendement out of that snare of the deuil, of whom they are taken prisoners, to doe his will.
12Wherefore, let him that thinketh he standeth, take heede lest he fall.

12The defence also of the height of thy walles shall he bring downe and lay lowe, and cast them to the ground, euen vnto the dust.
8Wherfore he saith, Whe he asceded vp on hie, he led captiuity captiue, & gaue gifts vnto men.
10And haue put on the newe, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him,
19For it is written, I will destroy the wisedome of the wise, and will cast away the vnderstanding of the prudent.
12For the worde of God is liuely, and mightie in operation, & sharper then any two edged sword, and entreth through, euen vnto the diuiding asunder of the soule and the spirit, and of the ioints, and the marow, and is a discerner of the thoughtes, and the intents of the heart.
27But I beate downe my body, & bring it into subiection, lest by any meanes after that I haue preached to other, I my selfe should be reproued.
15And hath spoyled the Principalities, and Powers, & hath made a shew of them openly, and hath triumphed ouer them in the same crosse.
6Nowe these things, brethren, I haue figuratiuely applied vnto mine owne selfe and Apollos, for your sakes, that ye might learne by vs, that no man presume aboue that which is written, that one swell not against another for any mans cause.
3Let vs breake their bands, and cast their cordes from vs.
18Let no man at his pleasure beare rule ouer you by humblenesse of minde, and worshipping of Angels, aduauncing himselfe in those thinges which hee neuer sawe, rashly puft vp with his fleshly minde,
2But haue cast from vs ye clokes of shame, and walke not in craftines, neither handle we the worde of God deceitfully: but in declaration of the trueth we approue our selues to euery mans conscience in the sight of God.
10Destroy them, O God: let them fall from their counsels: cast them out for the multitude of their iniquities, because they haue rebelled against thee.
7But we haue this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellencie of that power might be of God, and not of vs.
13Wherefore, girde vp the Ioynes of your minde: bee sober, and trust perfectly on that grace that is brought vnto you, in the reuelation of Iesus Christ,
4In whom the God of this world hath blinded the mindes, that is, of the infidels, that the light of the glorious Gospell of Christ, which is the image of God, should not shine vnto them.
5For they that are after the flesh, sauour the things of the flesh: but they that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
5Mortifie therefore your members which are on the earth, fornication, vncleannes, the inordinate affection, euill concupiscence, and couetousnes which is idolatrie.
10To the intent, that nowe vnto principalities and powers in heauenly places, might be knowen by the Church the manifolde wisedome of God,

15Let vs therefore as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if yee be otherwise minded, God shall reueile euen the same vnto you.
