8 And let the officers speake further vnto the people, and say, Whosoeuer is afrayde and faynt hearted, let him go & returne vnto his house, least his brethrens heart faynt like his heart.

12 Also he will make them his captaines ouer thousands, and captaines ouer fifties, and to eare his ground, and to reape his haruest, and to make instruments of warre, and the thinges that serue for his charets.
24 And this doe, Take the Kings away, euery one out of his place, & place captaines for them.

22 And let them iudge the people at all seasons: but euery great matter let them bring vnto thee, and let them iudge all small causes: so shall it be easier for thee, when they shal beare the burden with thee.

21 And will goe euery one of you in harnesse ouer Iorden before the Lorde, vntill he hath cast out his enemies from his sight:
10 Whe thou shalt go to warre against thine enemies, & the Lord thy God shal deliuer them into thine hands, & thou shalt take the captiues,

7 But he said vnto the people, Goe and compasse the citie: and let him that is armed, go forth before the Arke of the Lord.
10 Ye stand this day euery one of you before the Lord your God: your heads of your tribes, your Elders & your officers, eue al ye me of Israel:
25 And Ioshua sayd vnto them, Feare not, nor be faint hearted, but be strong and of a good courage: for thus will the Lord doe to all your enemies, against whome ye fight.
8 And ye shal compasse the King rounde about, euery man with his weapon in his hande, and whosoeuer commeth within the ranges, let him be slayne: be you with the King, as he goeth out and in.
9 And the captaines of the hundreths did according to all that Iehoiada the Priest commaded, and they tooke euery man his men that entred in to their charge on the Sabbath with them that went out of it on the Sabbath, and came to Iehoiada the Priest.
21 And when he had consulted with the people, and appoynted singers vnto the Lorde, and them that should prayse him that is in the beautifull Sanctuarie, in going forth before the men of armes, and saying, Prayse ye the Lorde, for his mercy lasteth for euer,
12 And behold, this God is with vs, as a captaine, and his Priests with the sounding trumpets, to crie an alarme against you. O yee children of Israel, fight not against the Lorde God of your fathers: for ye shall not prosper.
14 And Moses was angry with the captaines of the hoste, with the captaines ouer thousands, and captaines ouer hundreds, which came from the warre and battel.
3 And Moses spake to the people, saying, Harnesse some of you vnto warre, and let them goe against Midian, to execute the vengeance of the Lord against Midian.

18 And I commanded you the same time, saying, The Lorde your God hath giuen you this lande to possesse it: ye shall goe ouer armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all men of warre.

27 And deuide the praye betweene the souldiers that went to the warre, and all the Congregation.
19 So they came out of the citie, to wit, the seruants of the princes of the prouinces, and the hoste which followed them.
7 And Moses called Ioshua, and said vnto him in the sight of all Israel, Be of a good courage and strong: for thou shalt go with this people vnto the lande which the Lorde hath sworne vnto their fathers, to giue them, and thou shalt giue it them to inherite.
13 Bring you men of wisedome and of vnderstanding, and knowen among your tribes, and I will make them rulers ouer you:
5 And the Lord shal giue them before you that ye may do vnto them according vnto euery commandement, which I haue comanded you.
4 But if they blowe with one, then the princes, or heades ouer the thousandes of Israel shall come vnto thee.
17 Ye shall not neede to fight in this battell: stand still, moue not, and behold the saluation of the Lord towardes you: O Iudah, and Ierusalem, feare ye not, neither be afraid: to morow goe out against them, and the Lord wilbe with you.
20 And we also will be like all other nations, and our King shall iudge vs, and goe out before vs, and fight our battels.

29 But I sayd vnto you, Dread not, nor be afrayd of them.
