  • 8And when ye haue taken the citie, ye shall set it on fire: according to the commandement of the Lord shall ye do: behold, I haue charged you.

  • 18And I commanded you the same time, saying, The Lorde your God hath giuen you this lande to possesse it: ye shall goe ouer armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all men of warre.

  • 38But Ioshua the sonne of Nun which standeth before thee, he shall go in thither: incourage him: for he shal cause Israel to inherite it.

  • 11Beholde, the Arke of the couenant of the Lorde of all the worlde passeth before you into Iorden.

  • 28So concerning them, Moses commanded Eleazar the Priest, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun, and the chiefe fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel:
