For the Lorde shall iudge his people, and repent towarde his seruants, when hee seeth that their power is gone, and none shut vp in holde nor left abroad.

  • 23And hee will recompence them their wickednes, and destroy them in their owne malice: yea, the Lord our God shall destroy them.

  • 6Surely I wil no more spare those that dwell in the land, sayth the Lord: but loe, I will deliuer the men euery one into his neighbours hand, and into the hand of his King: and they shal smite the land, and out of their hands I wil not deliuer them.

  • 7To execute vengeance vpon the heathen, and corrections among the people:

  • 22When the people shalbe gathered together, and the kingdomes to serue the Lorde.

  • 15For iudgement shal returne to iustice, and all the vpright in heart shall followe after it.

  • 4And though they goe into captiuitie before their enemies, thence wil I commande the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes vpon them for euill, and not for good.

  • 42They looked about, but there was none to saue them, euen vnto the Lord, but he answered them not.

  • 9For beholde, I will lift vp mine hand vpon them: and they shalbe a spoyle to those that serued them, and ye shall knowe, that the Lord of hostes hath sent me.
